We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Church Leader.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding children in their spiritual growth and development.
You will create a safe and engaging environment where children can learn about the teachings of the Bible and develop a strong foundation of faith.
Pay listed is per Sunday ($150-$200 each week) Duties:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and activities for children - Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children - Organize and coordinate special events, such as holiday programs or summer camps - Provide emotional support and guidance to children during difficult times - Collaborate with parents and families to ensure continuity of spiritual education at home - Mentor and train volunteers to assist with children's church activities - Maintain a clean and organized children's church area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience working with children in a church or educational setting - Knowledge of Christian teachings and principles - Leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire children - Ability to plan and execute age-appropriate activities for children - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must pass background check.
