As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift - Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises during the overnight hours - Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations for management - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of guest services and hotel operations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to an international clientele - Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone - Exceptional guest relations skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Familiarity with hotel night audit procedures is highly desirable - Bilingual skills (e.
