LEGAL SECRETARY I Provides legal secretarial skills and support to the Prosecutor's Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, transcription, and operating a variety of general office equipment.
Prepares and types letters, pleadings, briefs, subpoenas, statistical reports, schedules, and a variety of other forms.
Provides receptionist services and other assigned duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
Good spelling, punctuation, grammar, proofreading, math and computer skills are required.
Should be able to type 50 WPM.
Must be able to accurately transcribe dictation, maintain schedules and keep accurate records.
The successful applicant will be flexible, possess good communication skills, have the ability to handle multiple priorities, and enjoy working in a team environment.
