The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities include managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the executive team, and pastor.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Create congregation worship bulletin from worship script Create QR code for bulletins and announcements Report music use to One License Create and email church announcements Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms including FB, IG, and website Email worship volunteer reminders and worship materials, when appropriate Update church google calendar Run copies of bulletins and set out for Sunday morning with QR codes.
