We are looking for an energetic team member to join our team as a Photographer/Digital Content Creator.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Support in implementing and tracking marketing programs such as email, social media, digital advertising.
Assist in execution of events.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Write, proofread, and edit creative content.
Shoot and edit product photography.
Create/update content for digital marketing.
Create and edit short product videos.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Self-starter who can contribute original ideas and absorb artistic direction quickly while striving to produce consistency in brand and design.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team Able to work onsite at our Concord Ohio location.
This is not a remote position.
Ability to thrive in a demanding environment while balancing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
Strong knowledge of all current social media platforms (e.
g.
, Instagram, FB, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
) Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
A solid understanding of the best SEO practices.
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Excellent analytical skills Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with writing content a plus.
