is looking for a new member for our inside sales and customer service team! We are a foam packaging fabricator, creating solutions that keep shipments safe.
We need your help to make that happen - helping us develop new prospects, manage our customer relationships and designing packaging and product protection solutions.

Build, maintain and grow customer relationships as part of the Company's sales team Respond to internet and telephone inquiries on foam-based packaging issues Process recurring orders, including pricing updates.
Provide Customer Service for both internal and external customers via computer and telephone, including responding to customer order status inquiries, providing quotes and maintaining day-to-day contact with customers.
Desired qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in sales and/or customer service Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong customer relationship skills Deadline and detailed oriented Basic math skills Job Type:
